Financial Crisis Job Losses The Stimulus Plan Terror Abroad and Obama's Plans
Wow, President Obama has way too many problems on hand, and I don't know how much he can deliver. To me, if the financial crisis and the economic mess is resolved, all other problems wouldn't look so overwhelming. In addition to the economic problem we are in, we are are adding more money to our already massive deficits, this is definitely not good for our future. If you think about it, if the government in the future has no money (The Chinese Stop Lending us), how is the government going to pay for the War on Terror? The economic mess is seriously going to compromise our ability to secure ourselves from those who wish us ill.
It has been a while since I have posted on the blog, and to let you guys know, I will start posting again regularly.
Since, we are in an economic mess right now (Officially Depression, with an Unemployment Rate of 7.6%), I am going to be focussing on the economy as well other finer points of the mess we are in.
As with the rest of America, I can also say that I am in a similar boat, and although I am not going to share minute details of my financial mess, I hope that ALL OF US get through these difficult times. Most of my friends have recently graduated from college, and only ONE has a job, everyone else is without a job, and they are all college graduates. So, the prospects are definitely not looking good, and in fact, due to the current situation in the job market, a few of my friends have decided to pursue Masters instead.
The Stimulus Bill hopefully is passed by Congress, and signed by President Obama as quickly as possibly. On an another front, I haven't yet heard of any other plans and ideas by President Bush on how to deal with the current situation, and so far we have been stuck with the Stimulus Bill. My question is, What's next? After the Stimulus Bill is passed, what is the White House planning on doing?
