As you guys know I am in the middle of an experimentation on the stock market. My first phase of experiment will involve me observing deviations of the stock market upon the release of financial reports. What we will do is see, how the stock fares from 5 days before the earnings release date, and how the stock fares after it is released.
One of the key important parts that we are going to be looking is how much in dollar value has the stock shifted from its regular price. We will not be paying any attention to percentages, and focus only on the dollar shift of the stock price.
Our second phase will involve going over key financial data of the company that is going to release its financial report. Key information that we are going to look over are previous earnings report, outlook of the company, financial analyst estimates of company's performance, past performance of the company, performance of the competitors, see how the industry the company we are investigating is performing, and if stock deviated significantly in previous quarters when financial data was released.
Since I haven't posted the companies that we are going to look over for Thursday and Friday, I am going to post them now. Most of the companies below in the list are going to release their financial information on February 28 or March 1st.

In the future when I post the stocks, I am going to make sure their dates are going to be written next to them on all of them.
