Well, I finally finished my final exams. Let me just say it was a total toruture. I had 5 final exams, monday through thursday. Monday I had Bank Management, and I think I did alright although making *cheat sheet* was pain in the hell. Cheat Sheet usage is legitamate during the exam just to let you know. On tuesday evening, I had Productions Operations Management. The exam was open book 40 question. For the most part i did pretty good. Wednesday was the tough day, I had Principles of International Business Finance and Advance Finance. Principles of International Business Finance was the hardest, infact I spent the whole night in Campus to study with a group of my friends. In the end, I think i did good.
My bank management course required little study, I just used the cheat sheet for the most part, it wasn't that hard. The tuesday one was an open book exam, and lets just say I skated throught that one. It was wednesday one, that was hard as mentioned before. I spend the whole night in campus, came home about 9 in the morning and then had a shower and some food and was back home. I didn't buy the book for Principles of International Business, the book was Multinational Financial Management, so I had no choice but to stay on campus to study. My first exam was 12:50 in the afternoon and ended at 3:30, while the second exam was at 6PM so there was little time in between. One would think that 2.5 hars is a lot but time flies by way too fast, especially when you havne't even read all the chapters.
For those of you who are going to major in Finance, I would say hooray! I love finance, so I don't regret choosing the major. With the final exams over and behind me, I am very happy and looking forward to the next semester. I was going to do corporate fiannce, but have now decided instead to go to investments and management. I think investments is more of my calling rather than corporate finance.
