No Credit Score Update or Alerts to My Credit Report File
Most of you may know that I subscribe to Equifax's Credit Score watch, and each month I am updated of any changes in my credit score. Well, it has been 3 months and there has been no alerts or changes to my credit file, which I don't get. Prior to 3 months, I increased spending of credit card, and my total debt to available debt ratio increased by 30%, which dropped my credit score to around 700 +. I have been working hard to remove my debt, and now my debt ratio is no more than 3% and yet there has been no changes to my credit score. Not only that, my credit limit on my credit cards were also increased, and one would thing this would also aid me further in increasing my Credit Score, yet there has been no change.
I am a little bit disappointed and annoyed as well with this outcome. Nonetheless, after April 22nd, I will have a chance to see my full credit report at Equifax as the last time I used my free credit report was on April 20th. Since we are allowed to have 1 free credit report from each credit reporting agency in 1 year, I am going to check my full credit report from Equifax and see what has happened to my Credit Report. Regardless of my credit score, I think I have outlived the usefulness of Equifax Credit Watch, and I think I am going to cancel the subscription which costs me $9.95 each month. With no updates to my credit score, I believe my money is used better off elsewhere even if it is only $10.
