Software of Apple Iphone - Samsung Instinct Running On Iphone OS?
As I was thinking about Samsung Instinct, and its Operating System, I thought, how would it be if Samsung had Apple Iphone Operating System? Now, Windows Vista is the dominant Operating system in desktops around the world. Microsoft doesn't make the computers, but only the operating system. The computer hardware is manufactured by Hewlett Packard, Dell, Lenova, and other manufacturers. Building an Operating system is not a strong point of these hardware manufacturers, and it shouldn't be. As much as I would like to bash Microsoft, it is the only one that can create an effective operating system compared to HP or Dell.
Apple Inc. on the other hand, produces everything, the MAC OS, its computer and everything. Now, I if Apple were to adopt Microsoft's desktop and notebook strategy in mobile market, I am pretty sure that it can be the dominant OS in the future, and have a position similar to that of Microsoft in mobile devices. One of my friends has an Apple Iphone, and I must say, the one thing that Apple beats everyone at is the user interface.
There is no way, Samsung can bring an OS for its Instinct Phone that can match Apple Iphone's interface, no matter how good the specs of Samsung Instinct are. Building an innovative OS is not one of Samsung's strong point. But, if Apple were to license its operating system to Samsung, it would be game changing strategy. Although, it could weaken appeal of its own Iphone, it could potentially seal Apple's fate as the dominant OS in mobile market. Mobile devices are only going to increase, and Apple has the perfect opportunity to seize the opportunity. I am sure many cell phone manufacturers would love to have Iphone OS instead of Windows Mobile 6, or the upcoming Windows Mobile 6.1. Apple could bring out its own products like Iphone, and at the same time, also license its OS to other manufacturers.
I am going to be talking about Samsung Instinct as it will be released for Sprint on June 20, and is one of my wish list products, even though I already have a Motorola Q9C.
I know we will never see Apple Iphone running on other phones, but I would love to see a Samsung Instinct running on Apple Iphone OS. Wouldn't you?
Oh, I can't wait to see Apple Iphone's new 3G phone, although I will never get it, as I am in a contract with Sprint for a long time! CDMA Apple Iphone instead of just GSM Iphone would be nice too :) .

I love my Iphone. I just read that the next Apple iPhone 4G HD will feature a 5-megapixels camera from LG Innotek with LED flash. I am looking forward to get the 4G one. All the best Michael Snyder.
