Get Sprint Sero Plan
I have been trying to recruit my friends to Sprint Sero whose cell phone plans are expiring soon, and in fact, I have been able to convince two of my friends, and the rest of my family to get Sprint Sero Plans. Now, I am hoping that some of you may also give Sprint Sero a try. Oh, for the record, I am not being paid by Sprint or anything, I am just doing it by myself.
I know that there are a lot of issues with Sprint, and many are complaining of bad service or customer service, but I think there are way too many benefits of Sprint Sero to miss out.
Sprint Sero offers Unlimited Text Messaging, Unlimited Nights & Weekends starting at 7pm, Domestic long distance, Unlimited Mobile to Mobile, Unlimited Web/Data Access, and Unlimited Picture Mail. Now, I know that there is no such thing as unlimited web access, and there must some sort of limit on bandwidth, but the majority of the users will be nowhere near maxing their bandwidth. You can get all this for $30 for a 500 minutes plan, and after taxes, you pay about $34.XX per month (this is what I am paying). A 1250 minutes plan, with all the above features cost $50.
The alternatives to Sprint Sero are quite expensive in comparison. Sprint also offers a similar plan called Simply Everything Plans, the plan offers Unlimited mobile internet and messaging: Web surfing, email, GPS Navigation, Sprint Music, Sprint TV, BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS), text, pictures, video, Domestic long distance and roaming, 900 or 450 minute plans: Unlimited mobile to mobile, night calling starting at 7 p.m. and weekends. Now, there are some benefits of Simply Everything Plans like BlackBerry Internet Service, and the plan costs $70 for 450 minutess, $90 for 900 minutes, and $100 for unlimited minutes. Sprint Sero on the other hand offers almost the same features as Simply Everything Plan, but is only priced $30 for 500 minutes.
So, my advice to those who are shopping for new cellphone contracts is to get Sprint Sero, and possibly with a Smartphone. Smartphones right now have become inexpensive like Palm Centro, and since you are going to be stuck for 2 years, it pays to have a decent phone that would be at least somewhat relevant in the near future. I have a Motorola Q9C, and I already think its a bit old (Get Samsung Instinct if you can).

Sprint overcharged my small (US) company for over $50,000.00. We caught them doing it and now they refuse to refund the over-payments. You can read the full story at http://www.sprint-really-sucks.com
I also wrote an open letter to Dan Hesse the Chairman and CEO of Sprint Nextel. It is a good read so please consider reading the letter.

I have heard some awful stories, and I am sorry to hear that. I hope your issue is resolved.
