Sprint Sero Cell Phone Plans Review
I mentioned to you guys previously that I was shopping around for a cellphone plan, and this is an update to that article. Since it has been a long time since I have blogged about my personal life, I thought it would be a good idea to let you guys know about some tidbits. I think it was on 30th December that I switched from my regular sprint account to sprint sero, and I must say, I am very much satisfied for the most part. So, here is my Sprint Sero Review!
My switch from regular sprint to Sprint Sero wasn't easy, and it required a little bit of work. For those of you who may not know, Sprint Sero "plan" is the holy grail of all cell phone plans available. If you have Sprint Sero, you get Unlimited Text Messaging, Unlimited Nights & Weekends starting at 7pm!, Domestic long distance, Unlimited Mobile to Mobile, Unlimited Web/Data Access, and Unlimited Picture Mail (with compatible devices). All of this for $30 and 500 minutes a month. I am pretty sure there aren't any other plans that can match sprint sero. I only use about 200 minutes, as most of my friends and people I talk to are already on Sprint, and some of them are also going to move to sprint sero.
Now, about the transition. I talked to Sprint Rep, and they told me that I couldn't switch from regular sprint to Sprint Sero, and after reading online, I came to the conclusion that the only way I can get Sprint Sero was through canceling my Sprint account. After reading a couple of tips online, I decided to get myself an AT&T Gophone. I bought a refurbished AT&T Gophone online for $9.99, and transferred my phone to AT&T. AT&T shipped my phones the next day, and my number was already switched to AT&T. After I got the phones, I activated them, and then it was time for me to order my Sprint Sero, and then switch my phone back to Sprint! I ordered myself a Motorola Q9c, and made a deposit of $50 I think. I think the phone came shipped partially transferred, as when someone called my phone, my Moto Q9C rang, but when I called someone else, some other number showed up. I had to reset my phone, and after 3 hours, I began using my sprint sero.
For those of you who want to check out my MOTO Q9C, here is the picture. Sorry for the hazy picture.

So far, I am very satisfied with Sprint Sero, and if your contract is about to expire, I would definitely recommend Sprint Sero. One of the primary benefits of Sprint Sero is unlimited internet, although I don't use the phone to browse the net that much, I do find it handy sometimes. Some of the apps that I have are Windows Live Search, Palringo, and Google Maps.
Everyone in my family has Sprint Sero plans - they are all individual plans and have Palm Centro instead of Moto Q9C. It would have been nice if Sprint had offered family plans in Sero. I guess this concludes my Sprint Sero review ramblings.
